Jenton’s first employee was a service engineer. We have always believed we shouldn’t sell anything we can’t support. We employ people who are clever and who have extensive experience, some with relevant degrees and PhDs. Our job is to understand a customer’s process and requirements, and then develop, present and deliver proposals to make their businesses work more efficiently.
Our team has many years of experience in helping businesses to increase ther efficiency, and we appreciate that what we propose and charge for should only cost a (fair) percentage of the benefit that investing in our equipment delivers.
We have recruited (and still recruit) from local universities, and we have also recruited experienced people from within our target industries. We also employ young people and have supported two recent apprentices – both now working permanently with us.
Of course we also benefit from the fact that many of our staff have built their experience at Jenton, having worked there for 10, 20, 30 or – in one case – more than 40 years!
