Jenton’s JA Range of Modular UV Curing Lamps
are available in 3 sizes: the JA150 with 2kw of power over 150mm arc length; the JA70 with 1 kw over 70mm arc length and the JA6 with 150 watts of power distributed over a circular exposure area
(max 60mm diameter). Variable power is possible as is instant/shutterless start.

UV Spot Curing Systems from EXFO (formerly EFOS). These benchtop units can be used to cure UV
adhesives with powers up to 20,000mw/cm2.
Increased power allows curing through some polymers. Various optics are available and advanced lamps have microprocessor control and built in radiometry.

Nordson Microwave UV
for Modular Microwave Powered UV Curing lamps. Modular UV lamps designed for small but high intensity applications such as adhesive curing, pen printing, ink jet print cure and electronic coatings. Suitable for operation where instant operation and cool operation are required and in clean rooms. All systems are available with dichroic reflectors and can be set up for automated manufacturing systems.

UV Radiometers
for accurate and calibrated measurement of UV from EIT INC (USA). Integrating radiometers are available that give power and intensity readings in mW and mJ/cm2. UV ranges that can be selected are UVC (250-260nm), UVB (260-320nm), UVA
(320-390nm) and UVV (390-445nm). The UVIMAP plots data against time. Relative intensity monitors are available that can measure and alert operators to drop off in UV over time due to ageing.

LED Curing offers an exciting new alternative to conventional UV curing
lamps, overcoming many of the limitations of these little changed methods. LEDs enable the precision UV Curing of materials that is just not possible with lamps.
Jenton UV offers two new LED Curing products, using aimed at the UV Curing industry and developed to rapidly cure UV adhesives, adhesive bonding of lens and small glass components, plastic
bonding, wire tracking, metals inks and coatings.
