ROUND BOTTOM BAG ATTACHMENT- RBS - 8400 or RBS - 84HS

Manufactured to allow production of round bottom chicken bags, the RBS-8400 is now available in two models. The standard unit is pneumatically activated for cycle rates to 120 per minute. The servo driven RBS-84HS is capable of speeds up to 250 CPM. Either unit cuts and seals through two layers of polyethylene at high speed. Has 4-1/2" radius cut 3" deep, which produces a corner rounded bag with a "fitted" or "custom" look.

Installed easily on any sideweld intermittent bag machine, the unique design allows it to slide across bag machine to accommodate any size polybag. Cylinder retract mechanism prevents "meltdown" of film during stop cycles.

Unit features a positive slug ejection system. Continuous vacuum draws molten slugs into a cavity, completely out of line with film. Has standard PARK AIR temperature controls plus Teflon ® sheet covered anvil for non-sticking action.
