HANGER HOLE SHAPED CUTS - SC-3600

This PARK AIR unit cuts a shaped hole for hanger applications. One basic unit fits all listed sizes. The Ejecto style punch cuts the film as a sprung pad holds the web taut. Once the film has been cut through, a blast of air blows the scrap away instantly.

The SC-3600 Shaped Cut Unit is available in a 2-1/4" or 9" throat. The SC-3600 Model "C" is designed for use with LLDPE film. This unit incorporates independent control of the stripper to hold the film taut prior to cutting. The model "C" unit also incorporates a separate valve for control of the blow through air for positive chip removal.
 

NEW DESIGN FOR LAMINATES, FOILS AND PAPER: We now offer a unit to produce clean edged holes in these difficult to cut materials. This model features a "zero clearance" punch and die in a heavy duty die set. All hanger hole shapes are available. Quotations available on request
