A SINGLE HOLE PUNCHING UNIT- EP - 3000

A single hole Ejecto punching unit activated by an electrical impulse from any intermittent poly bag machine; powered by clean, dry, compressed air. Maximum 80 P.S.I.
 

The Ejecto Punchette is available in four throat sizes: 1-1/4", 4", 8", 12".
 

Hole sizes are 5/32", 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2" 9/16", and 5/8". Any punch can be made into a Vent or Butterfly at your request.
 

All Ejecto punches are manufactured from a tough, shock-resistant steel which has been heat treated for maximum surface hardness. This assures longer life, less maintenance. No metal-to-metal contact means minimum wear.
 

Utilizing a heavy-duty repairable cylinder, requiring only inside replacement parts for a lifetime of use. Air blowing through the cylinder rod will eject the cut slug every time at any speed of up to 300 cycles per minute.
 

Tape on the top of die surface is recommended for a cleaner cut.
