CONTINUOUS SEALER- MODEL 53

This unit is capable of producing a watertight slit seal. The Model 53 Sealer produces a 3/16" wide seal which can then be slit through the middle, allowing production of polybags in multiple lanes of various widths. Basic units up to 60" width can be produced with any number of sealing assemblies.
Minimum distance between two seals can be as close as 1-1/2". Relocation of one sealing assembly can be done in a matter of minutes. Unit can be bypassed if not in operation. Air powered, electrically activated (120V or 240V). Operates up to 300 feet per minute depending on material specifications and produces a watertight seal.

The basic unit includes sealing and cooling sections and all controls. A limit switch is provided in order to retract the sealing assembly when film is stopped in the machine. An optional Heated Slitting Assembly is available with a microadjustment for alignment. Different seal widths available upon request.
